On 08/16/2014 @ approx 1300 hours, the victim noticed her wallet containing her credit cards missing from her purse while shopping at Wegman’s located at 14801 Dining Way in Woodbridge.
The attached pictured suspect was observed on surveillance footage making several thousand dollars worth of electronics purchases using the victim’s stolen credit cards between the hours of 1300 and 1400 on 08/16/2014. The suspect made purchases at the Apple Store, Best Buy, Toys R Us and Gamestop located in Woodbridge. The suspect appears to be a middle eastern male in his late 40’s to early 50’s wearing thick framed eyeglasses. He is wearing a blue button up shirt with a white collar and buttons. He is wearing khaki colored pants. Witnesses advised the suspect had a middle eastern accent.
