**INCIDENTS**
Armed Robbery – On October 1st at 8:49PM, officers responded to Potomac Mills Mall located at 2700 Potomac Mills Cir in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 16 year old male juvenile of Silver Spring MD, reported to police that he made arrangements via Facebook to meet with an unknown man at the mall to sell a cell phone. The victim and a friend met the man inside the mall where he was in the company of another unknown man. During the encounter, the victim handed the phone to the suspect who then began to walk away. The victim attempted to retrieve his phone back, at which point, the suspect pointed to his waistband and implied he had a weapon. No weapon was actually seen. The victim followed the suspects to the parking lot where they got into a vehicle and fled the area. No injuries were reported.
Suspect Descriptions:
Black male, between 25 & 28 years of age, 5’9”, 150lbs with a thin build, a light complexion, short black hair, brown eyes and an unshaven face
Last seen wearing a black long jacket, dark denim jeans and gold colored shoes
Black male, between 20 & 28 years of age, 6’0”, 160lbs with a thin build, dark complexion, long black dreadlocks and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black basketball-style shorts
Armed Robbery – On October 1st at 9:15AM, officers responded to the Western Union located at 10526 Lomond Dr in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. An employee reported to police that an unknown man followed him into the business shortly after opening. Once inside, the employee confronted the man and a struggle ensued. At one point, the man pulled out a handgun and struck the employee in the head with the gun. A witness observed the encounter and the suspect took a set of keys before fleeing the area on foot. No money was taken. Minor injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.
Suspect Description:
Hispanic male, unknown age with a medium complexion and thin build
Last seen wearing a black hooded sweater, black hat, black pants and a black & white bandana covering his face
Commercial Burglary – On October 1st at 8:26AM, officers responded to Holly Acres Marine Sales located at 13270 Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The business owner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 3:26AM and 4:01AM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the business through a rear office window which was broken out. Several internal offices were also found to have been entered. No property was reported missing. Video surveillance was reviewed which provided officers with a limited description of the suspect. This incident is believed to be related to the commercial burglary reported below.

Male, unknown race or age, 5’10”, 170lbs with a thin build
Last seen wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt and dark colored pants
Commercial Burglary – October 1st at 7:30AM, officers responded to Jiffy Lube located at 13300 Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The manager of the business reported to police that the burglary occurred between 3:33AM and 4:00AM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the business through a rear office glass door which was broken out. An internal office was also found to have been entered. A laptop, computer monitor and safe were reported missing from that office. Video surveillance was reviewed which showed a man similar to the suspect described in the commercial burglary above.
Residential Burglary – On September 30th at 11:19AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14700 block of Anderson St in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:00AM on September 9th and 12:00PM on September 26th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into a shed and garage on the property. There were no signs of forced entry into either structure. Lawn and home improvement equipment, total value around $1,500, were reported missing.
Attempted Residential Burglary – On October 1st at 3:17PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3200 block of Greco Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an attempted burglary. The homeowner reported to police that sometime between 6:00PM on September 30th and 10:00AM on October 1st, entry was attempted into the residence through the front door which was found damaged. No entry was gained into the home and no property was reported missing.
