Prince William County Police Daily Report for June 14, 2013

**UPDATES**

 

Indecent Exposure – On June 13th, officers were able to identify the suspect involved in the indecent exposure which was reported to have occurred at the Wal-Mart located at 17041 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Dumfries on June 11th. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident.

Arrested on June 13th:

LeronIssac LEE, 21, of 3610 Vidalia Ct inWoodbridge

Charged with indecent exposure

Courtdate: July 12, 2013 | Bond: $1,000 unsecured

 

Indecent Exposure [Previously Released] – On June 11th at 8:20AM, police responded to the Wal-Mart located at 17041 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Dumfries (22026) for an indecent exposure.  The victim, a 21 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that at about 7:50AM she was approached by an unknown man. During the encounter, the man exposed himself to the victim.  Officers arrived on scene and checked the area but were unable to locate the suspect. No injuries were reported.

 

**INCIDENTS**

 

Armed Robbery – On June 13th at 10:52AM, police responded to the Currency Exchange International kiosk located at Potomac Mills Mall, 2700 Potomac Mills Cir in Woodbridge (22192) for a robbery. The employee reported to police that an unknown man approached the counter and passed a note demanding money. The man took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the area. No injuries were reported. Upon reviewing security footage, it was discovered that the man was armed with a handgun.

Suspect Description:

Black male, between 20 & 25 years of age,5’8”, 150lbs with a medium build and long black hair [possibly a wig]

Last seen wearing a sunglasses, long sleeve ‘Howard University’ sweatshirt, light colored long pants, blue hat, and carrying a brightly colored floral bag

 

Armed Robbery | Abduction – On June 14th at 2:48AM, police responded to the Wytestone Suites located at 14525 Gideon Dr in Woodbridge (22192) for a robbery. The victim, a 29 year old woman of Stafford, reported to police that made arrangements to meet an unknown man at the above hotel. Once inside a room of the hotel, the man displayed a handgun and tied the victim’s hands and feet together. The man then took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency and fled the room. The victim reported minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect who is believed to have fled in a vehicle. Through the investigation, detectives from the Robbery Unit were able to identify the suspect as the accused. Following the investigation, warrants were obtained against the accused in regard to this incident.

Armon Jahmal ROACH, 30, of 3385 Dry Powder Cir #101in Dumfries

Described as a black male, 5’10”, 285lbs with black hair and brown eyes

Wanted for robbery,malicious wounding, abduction,and the use of a firearm in commission of a felony

 

Armed Robbery – On June 14th at 1:48AM, police responded to the 7-11 located at 7489 Limestone Dr in Gainesville (20155) for a robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the store, displayed a firearm, and demanded money.The man took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency from the victim before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.

Suspect Description:

White male, between 17 & 23years of age, 6’1”, 165lbs with a thin build

Last seen wearing a black long sleeve t-shirt, stonewashed blue jeans, tan work gloves, and a blue shirt tied around his head covering his face

 

Indecent Exposure – On June 13th at 9:08PM, police responded to the Noodles & Co located at 13900 Shoppers Best Way in Woodbridge (22192) for an indecent exposure. Patrons of the restaurant reported to police that an unknown man was sitting at one of the tables inside the establishment. While sitting at the table, the man exposed himself to a group of women sitting across from him. The suspect left prior to police arrival.

Suspect Description:

White male, between 55 & 60 years of age,6’4”, 260lbs with a heavy build, short gray hair, mustache, and brown eyes

Last seen wearing a green polo shirt and black running shorts

 

Residential Burglary – On June 13th at 5:50PM, police responded to the 16600 block of Space More Cl in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:50AM and 5:00PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear door which had been forced open. An iPad and jewelry,totaling around $4,000, were reported missing.

 

Attempted Residential Burglary– On June 13th at 9:55PM, police responded to the 16800 block of Nuttal Oak Pl in Woodbridge (22191) for an attempted burglary.Homeowner reported to police that between 9:00PM on June 12th and 10:00AM on June 13th, an unknown person(s) attempted to enter their residence through the front door which appeared to have been damaged. No entry was gained into the residence and no property was reported missing.

 

**ARRESTS**

 

Armed Robbery – On June 3rd at 1:56PM, police responded to the 16300 block of John Marshal Hwy in Broad Run (20137)for a robbery. The victim, a 20 year old man of Broad Run, reported to police that he arranged a meeting with three men at his residence. Once there, two of the men entered the residence were one of the men displayed a handgun and demanded money. The two men took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before getting onto a motorcycle and fleeing the area. A third man was in a separate vehicle and fled the area at the same time. The victim followed the men to the area of Saint Thomas Lp where the men fled on foot. Over the course of the investigation,detectives from the Robbery Unit were able to identify the two men that entered the residence. Following the investigation, those men were arrested on June 11th.Investigation continues.

Sean Ugochukwu EZIKE-ONYEJEKWE, 21, of 12300 Douglas Fir Lp in Gainesville

Edward Jerald COLEMAN, 22, of 8064 Ashland Ave #13 in Manassas

Both men charged with 2 counts of robbery and the use of a firearm in commission of a felony

Court date and bond information unavailable

 

Malicious Wounding – On June 14th at 12:40AM, police responded to the 12800 block of Warwick Pl in Woodbridge(22192) for an assault. The victim, a 28 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused punched the victim multiple times to her face causing a laceration. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Lisandro CHICAS, 27, of 60221 Raina Dr in Centreville

Charged with malicious wounding
