**UPDATES**
Sexual Battery Investigation *ADDITIONAL CHARGES – On February 26th, detectives from the Special Victims Unit obtained additional charges against the accused as part of an ongoing sexual assault investigation in which the accused was employed at the Patient First located at 9715 Liberia Ave in Manassas. During the investigation, four additional victims, all men between 22 and 33 years of age, came forward to report similar circumstances as the initial complaint. The victims reported that during a routine examination, the accused sexually assaulted them. The acts took place at different times between July and November of 2014 while the accused was a physician at the facility. Following the investigation, warrants were obtained and the accused was arrested.

Charged with 4 counts of sexual battery

- Sexual Battery [Previously Released] – On November 10th, detectives from the Special Victim’s Unit responded to investigate a sexual battery allegation which was reported to have occurred at the Patient First located at 9715 Liberia Ave in Manassas (20110). The victim, a 23 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that during an examination he was sexually assaulted by the accused, a physician at the facility. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested on December 3rd and was released on a court summons.
**INCIDENTS**
Residential Burglary – On February 26th at 11:30AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 5500 block of Corbin Hall Ln in Manassas (20112) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:00PM on February 25th and 7:00AM on February 26th. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. Entry was made in an attached garage through the overhead garage door. A wallet located in an unlocked vehicle parked in the garage was reported missing. No entry was made into the main residence.
**ARRESTS**
Possession of an Explosive Device – On February 25th at 3:02PM, officers responded to the 4000 block of Presidential Hill Lp in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a suspicious device located in a vehicle. The caller reported to police that a suspicious device was located under the driver’s seat of a vehicle belonging to the accused. The Prince William Fire Marshal’s Office and members of the Virginia State Police Explosive Ordinance Disposal team responded to assist in the investigation. The accused was stopped by Dumfries Police earlier in the day and was arrested on an unrelated manner. At the time of the arrest, the vehicle was turned over to the caller who discovered the device. Following the investigation, the accused was charged.
