Wanted for 3 counts of obtaining money by false pretenses, 1 count of petit larceny-3rd or subsequent offense, 1 count of petit larceny, and 1 count of driving on a suspended license
Synopsis: On three separate occasions in June of 2013, the accused has been linked to larceny or fraudulent activity at the Home Depot located at 14025 Foulger Sq in Woodbridge (22191). On June 10th, the accused allegedly entered the store, selected items from within the store, and then approached the return counter where he then received monetary reimbursement valuing under $200. On June 17th, the same suspect entered the same store and committed a similar act. On this occasion, the accused returned an item, valued, around $50, which he did not purchase, in exchange for money. Finally, on July 21st, the same suspect entered the store a third time, selected items from the store, and again got a monetary reimbursement from the return counter for items he did not originally purchase. The accused was then seen getting into a Dodge Ram and leaving the area. Officers were able to identify the accused through an ID used to make the returns. A check showed that the accused has a suspended license.
