**INCIDENTS**
Indecent Exposure – On May 6th at 7:20PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 4500 block of Central Park Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an indecent exposure. The victim, a 69 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was inside her home when she heard the sounds of rocks being thrown against the back portion of her residence. The victim further stated that she exited her residence from the front and as she was proceeding to the back area of the home, she encountered an unknown male juvenile in the common space between two homes. The male juvenile immediately exposed himself to the victim and began walking towards her. The victim screamed and the juvenile fled on foot. No injuries were reported.
Suspect Description:
Black male, between 13 & 15 years of age, 5’7” with a thin build, short black hair, and a medium complexion
Last seen wearing a gray shirt and black pants
Attempted Residential Burglary – On May 5th at 10:45AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12800 block of Kingswell Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an attempted burglary. The homeowner reported to police that between 2:30PM on May 4th and 10:00AM on May 5th, an unknown person(s) attempted to enter the home through a rear door. The investigation revealed that pry marks were discovered on the door. No entry was made into the home and no property was reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Brandishing | Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon – On May 6th at 12:53PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 15000 block of Mill Spring Dr in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a brandishing. The victim, a 44 year old man of Fredericksburg, reported to police that he was mowing the grass at a vacant home in the above area when the accused, identified as a neighbor, approached him. The accused proceeded to confront the victim over a package that had been removed from his property. At one point, the accused returned to his residence, retrieved a shotgun, and began to approach the victim. The victim and an unrelated witness ran inside a residence and contacted police. Before police arrived in the area, the accused returned to his own residence. Officers surrounded the home and eventually took the accused into custody without further incident. A search warrant was subsequently executed at the home. As a result of the search, a “sawed off” shotgun was recovered. No injuries were reported.
