**INCIDENTS**
Malicious Wounding | Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On October 11th at 1:22AM, officers responded to Hard Times located at 14389 Potomac Mills Cir in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a fight in progress. Officers arrived and observed a large crowd in the parking lot. A witness reported to police that a gunshot was heard during the fight. Officers dispersed the group and located a shell casing in the parking lot. As officers were on scene of this incident, a victim, identified as a 26 year old man of Woodbridge, was admitted into a nearby hospital with a laceration to his leg. The victim reported that he was attempting to break up the fight at the Hard Times when he felt someone strike him. The victim sustained a non-life threatening injury and was treated. No suspect was seen.
Armed Robbery – On October 10th at 9:44PM, officers responded to the CVS located at 12890 Touchtone Cir in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the business and approached the counter. Once at the counter, the man showed the employee a handgun in his waistband and demanded Oxycodone. The suspect was able to get the medications and flee the business. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.

Black male, between 20 & 30 years of age, 5’10”, 1870bs with a medium build, black hair, brown eyes and a goatee
Last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt, dark gray sweatpants, a gray & red ball cap and a white handkerchief coving part of his face
Abduction | Domestic Assault & Battery – On October 11th at 2:30PM, officers responded to the 14700 block of Dodson Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, a 22 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. The argument began inside the residence then proceeded outside where both parties got into a vehicle. Once inside the vehicle, the accused assaulted the victim and prevented her from leaving. The victim was eventually able to get out of the vehicle and contact police. The accused fled prior to officers arriving in the area. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, warrants were obtained against the accused.

Described as a black male, 5’7”, 130lbs with a thin build, medium complexion, short black hair, a beard, brown eyes and multiple tattoos on his arms & chest
Wanted for abduction and domestic assault & battery
Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle – On October 4th at 4:39PM, officers responded to investigate a shooting call which was reported to have occurred in the area of Georgetown Rd and Wren Ct in Woodbridge (22191) on October 3rd around 11:00AM. The victim, a 22 year old woman of Stafford, reported to police that she was sitting in her vehicle in the above area when she encountered the accused, a known acquaintance. During the encounter, the accused brandished and pointed a handgun towards the victim. The accused then reportedly shot multiple rounds at the vehicle before fleeing the area. The victim’s vehicle was struck; however, no injuries were reported. Following the investigation, detectives obtained a warrant against the accused. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

**ARRESTS**
Malicious Wounding | Burglary while Armed with intent to Commit a Felony – On October 12th at 10:30AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 2700 block of McGuffey’s Ct in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary in progress. The homeowner reported to police that a group of armed individuals entered the residence through an unlocked door and began to assault him and another occupant of the home. Two of the suspects were reportedly armed with handguns while another had a rock in his hand which he used to strike the homeowner. During the encounter, the suspects searched the home and the residents before taking two cell phones and fleeing in two separate vehicles. Minor injuries were reported. Detectives from the Robbery Unit were able to identify two of the suspects involved in the incident. Both were arrested after a search warrant was executed at their home in Stafford County with the assistance of the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office. Detectives further learned that this altercation is believed to have stemmed from a previous incident between the residents of the home and the suspects. The investigation continues into the identity and arrest of the remaining suspects.

Both were charged with burglary with intent to commit a felony, malicious wounding and use of a firearm in commission of a felony

Felony Child Neglect – On October 11th at 8:38PM, an Prince William County police officer was monitoring the area of the Prince William Pkwy and Elm Farm Way in Woodbridge (22192) when a vehicle was observed which had extensive damage to its side. At one point, the officer observed the vehicle leave the travel lane and strike a construction barrel. The officer stopped the vehicle and identified the driver as the accused. The officer further noted that the vehicle’s airbags had been deployed. The driver was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested. Also inside the vehicle was a 3 year old girl identified as the daughter of the accused. Rescue personnel responded to check on the welfare of the child. No injuries were reported and the child was released to a family friend. The accused was later connected to a Virginia State Police investigation into a hit & run crash which occurred on I-95. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Charged with [PWC charges only] felony child neglect and driving under the influence

Child Pornography Investigation – On October 10th, detectives from the Special Victims Unit and members of the Internet Crimes against Children Task Force executed a search warrant at 4518 Logmill Rd in Gainesville (20155) in connection to an ongoing investigation into child pornography. The investigation began after it was discovered by another jurisdiction that a 16 year old juvenile female of New York was having explicit communication with the accused who resides in Prince William County. As a result of the search of the home, multiple electronic devices containing evidence of child pornography were seized. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Charged with production of child pornography, solicitation of child pornography and using a communications system to facilitate certain offenses with a minor
