**INCIDENTS**
Aggravated Malicious Wounding – On October 10th at 5:55PM, officers responded to the 7600 block of Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a fight in progress. Officers arrived and located the victim, a 22 year old man of Manassas, suffering from a stab wound to the upper body. The investigation revealed that the victim was involved in a fight with two known acquaintances. The fight escalated when one of the suspects pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim. Detectives identified one of the suspects as a 15 year old juvenile male. Following the investigation charges were obtained. Attempts to locate the suspect have been unsuccessful.
Armed Robbery – On October 12th at 9:09PM, officers responded to the area of Maplewood Dr and Shoppers Sq in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 22 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he was walking in the area above when a vehicle pulled up and block his path. At that point, two unknown men exited the vehicle. One of the men was armed with handgun and demanded the victim’s property. The men took the victim’s wallet containing money, a set of keys and a cell phone before getting back into the vehicle and fleeing the area. No injuries were reported.

Hispanic male, between 22 & 25 years of age, 5’7”, 170lbs with a medium build with a shoulder, curly black hair

Armed Robbery – On October 10th at 7:05PM, officers responded to the 8200 block of Shoppers Sq in Manassas (20111) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 27 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he was walking in the above area when he was approached and grabbed from behind by two unknown men. During the encounter, the victim was knocked to the ground. Once on the ground, one of the men displayed a handgun while the other went through the victim’s pockets. The men took a wallet and money before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects.

Black male, between 20 & 23 years of age, tall with a thin build, dark complexion, mustache and long, black dreadlocks
Last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt and dark pants
Black male, between 18 & 20 years of age, short with a thin build, dark complexion and short, black hair
Armed Robbery – On October 10th at 4:49PM, officers responded to the Hampton Inn located at 7295 Williamson Blvd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 21 year old woman of Modesto CA, reported to police that she was inside her room when someone knocked on her door. When the victim answered, an unknown man entered the room, displayed a handgun and demanded money. The man took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency and fled the hotel on foot. No injuries were reported.

White male, between 28 & 35 years of age, 5’11”, 185lbs with a medium build and beard
Last seen wearing black jacket, white undershirt, dark colored pants, camouflage hat and black boots
Residential Burglary – On October 11th at 10:21AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 13100 block of Quate Ln in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:00AM on October 8th and 7:00PM on October 9th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into an attached garage through an open door. Two bicycles, total value around $300, were reported missing.
Burglary to a Church – On October 11th at 8:51AM, officers responded to the Sacred Heart Church located at 12975 Purcell Rd in Manassas (20112) to investigate a burglary. Church staff reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10:00PM on October 10th and 8:00AM on October 11th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the church through a rear window which was pried open. An iPod, valued around $100, was reported missing.
Attempted Residential Burglary – On October 9th at 9:45AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 7400 block of Rokeby Dr in Manassas (20109) to investigate an attempted burglary. The homeowner reported to police that sometime between 7:00PM on October 7th and 7:30AM on October 8th, entry was attempted into the residence through the front door which was found damaged.
**ARRESTS**
Child Pornography Investigation – On August 8th, detectives from the Special Victims Unit and members of the Internet Crimes against Children Task Force began an investigation into child pornography after a tip was received through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The tip provided detectives with information about nude and sexual images of underage boys being uploaded to a specific account via the social media site called “Tumblr”. The investigation into the owner of that account led investigators to a residence located at 13580 Dodsworth Dr in Bristow (20136). Detectives subsequently obtained and executed a search warrant at the home. As a result of the search, multiple electronic and storage devices which contained illicit images were located and seized. The identity of the victims in the images is unknown; however, detectives were able to determine that the children were minors. Following the investigation, the adult residents of the home were arrested.
